In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

3.4 Self-Excluded Players. Persons who have registered a self-exclusion with tgslot are not permitted to create a new Account or access the Platform during their exclusion period. tgslot reserves the right to close any Account opened in breach of an active self-exclusion and to void winnings generated during that period.
4.1 Each individual may hold only one tgslot Account. The registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent Account closure and forfeiture of any balances held.
4.2 You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number or email address, and any other information reasonably requested by tgslot.
4.3 KYC Verification. tgslot is required to verify the identity and age of all Players prior to processing withdrawal requests. You will be asked to provide a copy of your Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) and, where applicable, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being held pending completion.
4.4 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must notify tgslot immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
4.5 tgslot reserves the right to refuse Account registration or to close an existing Account at its sole discretion, including where information provided during registration is found to be inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete.
5.1 Permitted Payment Methods. tgslot accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT TRC20. All payment methods must be registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not accepted.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200. Individual payment methods may impose their own minimum thresholds which may be higher than the tgslot minimum.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of KYC verification completion. Processing times may be longer for bank transfers. tgslot reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests of significant amounts or on Accounts exhibiting unusual activity patterns.
5.4 Currency. All Account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Transactions initiated in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. Exchange rate risk is borne by the Player.
5.5 Dormant Accounts. Accounts with no login or transactional activity for 12 consecutive months are classified as dormant. tgslot may apply a monthly account maintenance fee of PKR 200 to dormant Accounts once notified. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed without further notice.
6.1 tgslot may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional credits from time to time. All promotions are subject to these Terms and any additional terms published on the specific promotion page.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before they become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering on games with an RTP above 96% or on sports markets with odds below 1.50 may not contribute toward wagering requirements or may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in promotion terms.
6.3 Bonus credits are credited to your Bonus Balance and are played through before your Real Money Balance. Bonus offers may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
6.4 tgslot reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring bonuses already credited to Player Accounts prior to the date of any change.
6.5 Abuse of bonuses – including but not limited to bonus hunting, arbitrage betting, and coordinated wagering with other Accounts – constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and closure of the Account.
7.1 All games available on the tgslot Platform are supplied by certified third-party game providers. Each game is governed by the specific rules published within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms prevail except in respect of game-specific matters where the game rules take precedence.

7.4 tgslot reserves the right to void bets placed on clearly erroneous odds, prices, or game configurations resulting from technical or human error. Affected Players will be notified and the relevant wager returned.
8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tgslot Platform:

9.1 tgslot reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time without prior notice where it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that: (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) information provided by the Player is false, misleading, or incomplete; (c) the Account is being used for prohibited purposes; (d) required KYC verification has not been completed within a reasonable timeframe; or (e) the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.
9.2 Players may request closure of their own Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 72 hours. Any verified Real Money Balance outstanding at the time of closure will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to applicable verification requirements.
